D: deep and calming

Where C major sounds bright and friendly, D goes deeper and quieter. This tuning is the preferred one in sound work and bodywork, because the note is felt as vibration and not only heard as melody.

33 cm: more volume

A larger body moves more air. The fundamental sits lower, carries further and rings on noticeably longer than on the compact models.
